Atlantico is looking for a FEMALE SOLE CHEF for a busy 25m motor yacht for the upcoming MED season (seasonal only).There will be 4 female crew in total including the female captain, all working in a harmonious, drama-free environment. We are therefore looking for a chef who is positive, easygoing and able to work well as part of a team.The owners are a large family with seven adult children, most of whom are married with their own families. Each week, a different family group is on board. Guests usually join on Sunday and leave on Thursday, and the yacht remains guest-free on Friday and Saturday (Shabbat days).The family follows kosher practices, so there are two separate galleys: – Main galley: used for dairy and fish – Flybridge galley: used for meat only. This setup is designed to avoid cross-contamination. The family does not consume raw fish or uncooked meats. They generally follow a healthy Mediterranean-style diet.Lunch is usually meat-based and served family style, Dinner is fine dining, featuring dairy products and fish. Please note that some family members have fish allergies. Despite these details, this is not a demanding galley position. The family is easy to please when it comes to food, and the overall onboard environment is peaceful, family-oriented, and pleasant to work in. Start Date: ASAP – in Italy.
