We are looking for a SOLE CHEF for Charter 43mt Motor/Sail yacht currently in Bodrum/Turkey. The yacht is fully chartering (6 cabins/12 guests + 9 crew in total) no owner usage. The chef must be suitable for luxury charter requirements. Must speaks fluent English, can confidently apply modern European, Italian, Mediterranean, Asian, cuisines, must meet different dietary demands such as Vegetarian-Vegan-Gluten-Free, must be fast, clean, tidy, presentable. Due to the charter, he/she must be able to cope with demanding requests and be open to work long hours. It is not yet clear how many charter the yacht will receive, but the tip will be added to the salary when chartered. The position is open to candidates with good restaurant experience + some yacht experience who are confident in preparing excellent dishes. Charter experience is not required. Please apply online.
