We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 50m private/charter sailing yacht. Ideally male, though both male and female candidates will be considered. Candidates must not suffer from seasickness. A minimum of 2–3 seasons of yachting experience as a Sole Chef is preferred. You should be creative, adaptable, and capable of delivering high-quality, Mediterranean-style cuisine for 8–10 guests and 10 crew, maintaining excellent taste and presentation in a compact galley.
