Atlantico works exclusively within Interior & Galley recruitment for yachts starting from 22 meters upwards. Our consultancy process is selective and relationship-driven, with a focus on realistic market expectations, discretion and the right fit on board.

Recruitment Structure

Permanent annual contracts

• For annual employment contracts, Atlantico’s consultancy fee is equivalent to 1.5 months of the crew member’s salary.

Seasonal employment

• For seasonal employment, the consultancy fee is equivalent to 1 month of the crew member’s monthly salary.

Temporary employment

• For temporary employment up to 2 months, the consultancy fee is equivalent to 25% of the crew member’s total earnings for the duration of the contract. For temporary employments, the salary may be calculated on a daily or monthly basis depending on the nature of the role.

Salary Guidelines

Within the superyacht industry, salaries for chefs and interior crew vary depending on yacht size, program, experience and current market conditions. As a general guide: 

22m – 40m yachts
Salaries generally start from approximately €4,000 per month and may range between €4,000 – €8,000 depending on the position and experience.

40m+ yachts
Salaries may generally range between €8,000 – €12,000+ per month, depending on experience, yacht program and expectations.
