We are looking for an experienced New York-based Private Chef for a young family of four for a 3-month temporary position (October–December).

This is a live-out position, preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner, with some flexibility between serving meals and preparing food to be enjoyed later. The family has two young children, who will be at school during the day, and is expecting their third child. A strong understanding of nutrition and healthy, balanced cuisine is therefore particularly important, including preparing nutritious snacks throughout the day for the expectant mother.

Candidates must already be based in New York and legally authorised to work in the US (US citizen, Green Card holder or valid work authorisation). 

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, exceptionally clean and tidy in the kitchen, with a warm, positive personality and pleasant energy around the household. The Chef should be professional and discreet, while also being friendly, approachable and comfortable working within a family environment.

A female Chef would be preferred, although we are also open to strong male candidates.

Salary: Depending on experience.
