URGENT – CHEF | 24M SAILING YACHT | ITALY

We are urgently seeking a Chef (female preferred, strong male candidates will also be considered) for a busy 24m sailing yacht based in Genoa, Italy. Permanent position preferred, although seasonal candidates may also be considered. Full charter program with back-to-back charters throughout the season, offering excellent tip potential. Permanent package includes a winter salary despite no active winter season.

No greenies. We are looking for a hands-on chef with previous experience on smaller yachts, capable of producing attractive guest meals from a compact galley while handling a demanding charter schedule. Light stewardess duties and a team-player mentality are essential, as the crew consists of only Captain, Mate and Chef. Italian language skills would be a bonus. Schengen visa or European are required.

Salary: €4,500–€5,000 (annual position) + tips. No work winter time. Seasonal package negotiable depending on experience. First charter begins at the end of June. Please apply with an updated CV, references, and recent food photos. Position available immediately.
