To join our network, crew candidates must meet the following prerequisites:

For Chef Candidates:

• Minimum Level 2 Culinary Training

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen

• Mandatory Certificates (STCW, ENG1, or equivalent medical certificate for seafarers)

For Steward/ess Candidates:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality sector or hotel industry

• Mandatory Certificates (STCW, ENG1, or equivalent medical certificate for seafarers)
