SOLE CHEF for 44mt PRIVATE/CHARTER M/Y

 

We are looking for an excellent SOLE CHEF for 44 mt well-known Private/Charter M/Y. Seasonal role. Single season vessel cruising the Med for the Summer. 9 mixed nationality crew onboard. Ideally have previous charter experience as the vessel will be mostly for charter use. You will be responsible for planning and executing menus for various meals for up to 10 guests and 9 crew. Your culinary repertoire will ideally be varied and include special dietary needs. Exceptional Mediterranean and Asian cuisine knowledge will be required for catering to the owners. English speaking is mandatory. This position requires strong communication skills, extensive food/nutrition knowledge and creative plate presentation. You must also have a flexible, can-do attitude to adapt to what is available. Typically, the successful candidate will have at least two years working aboard a vessel of similar size.
