It connects professional chefs with clients requesting small, medium or large events.

From family gatherings to business dinings, special occasions to themed celebrations and a romantic dinner to events showcasing local cuisine, as well as long-term chef placements for your home; Atlantica operates with the mission of bringing together its clients with the right chef with solutions tailored to their demands and needs.

Atlantica serves you a wide range of professional chefs, from award-winning chefs to renowned restaurant chefs, from professional chefs in a culinary specialty to family chefs.

Atlantica aims to raise the standards of both private chefs and clients to the highest possible level with a vision shaped by Deniz Kurt, the founder of Atlantica who has more than 10 years of private chef and superyacht chef experience.

OWNER AND FOUNDER

Deniz Kurt has had a successful career over 10 years as a private chef/superyacht chef, before establishing the international yacht crew placement company.

She graduated from MSA Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul. Here she compeleted her basic culinary education. Then she completed advanced Italian cuisine education in the Italian culinary school Alma La Scuola Internazionale Di Cucina Italiana, becoming a master of Italian Cuisine and obtained a 'Professional Italian Chef Diploma'.
Following her Italian cuisine education, she began to work  in “Il Marchesino” inside La Scala Theatre located at the heart of Milano; Il Marchesino was owned by the legendary Italian chef Gualtiero Marchesi who was granted Italy’s first Michelin Star and the first 3 Michelin Stars since 70’s. Following this, she worked in Armani Nobu Milano which is the Milan branch of the restaurant chain owned by the famous Japanese Chef, Nobu Matsuhisa.
After these restaurant experiences, she was able to combine her passion for the seas and her career by joining well-known superyachts ranging from 24 to 90 meters. She has sailed over 50.000 nautical miles around the world including 6 Atlantic Crossings.
