Atlantica Private Chefs is looking for an experienced Female Private Chef for a lovely Spanish–Costa Rican family. This is a permanent, traveling role, primarily based in Madrid and Costa Rica, with accommodation provided (A private room with an en-suite bathroom, located in a separate staff area within the residence).

The household consists of a couple and three young children – a baby and two children aged 2 and 4. The children have nannies and attend school. The household can be busy, particularly summer time- during periods in Spain and Costa Rica, with family and guests regularly visiting. Winter time is calmer. 

The family enjoys healthy, fresh and genuinely delicious food with beautiful presentation rather than formal fine dining. We are looking for a Chef who is highly organized and exceptionally clean, but equally important, positive, warm, flexible and genuinely enjoys cooking and being part of a family environment. MUST BE A NON-SMOKER. 

The schedule is 6 days on / 1 day off, with flexibility during quieter periods and additional days off following particularly busy periods. Please note that this is a long-term position requiring genuine commitment, a positive attitude, and a willingness to become an integral part of the family’s daily life. We are looking for someone who is genuinely seeking a stable, long-term role and feels comfortable becoming part of the family environment.
