Pricing

Atlantica chef recruitment and placement services are grouped under four categories and Atlantica's service fees differ according to these categories. Chef fees are calculated according to the request received.

Long-term chef placement Placement from 3 months to 1 year + 15% of the chef's total earnings
Short-term chef placement Placement from 1 week to 3 months + 20% of the chef's total earnings
Private dining Placement from 1 to 6 days + 20% of the chef's total earnings
Professional events Placement from 1 to 6 days 25% of the chef’s or chef team’s total earning

Long-term Chef Placement

We select the chef that best suits your and your family's living and eating habits, with a contract concluded for a minimum of 3 months to 1 year, to serve at your home, summer house, workplace and travels, and manage the placement process.

For placement under this category, the chef fee is calculated monthly.

Short-term Chef Placement

For your summer residence or short-term rentals anywhere in the world, we manage chef placement processes from 1 week to 3 months.

For placement from one week to three months, the chef’s fee is calculated on a monthly or daily basis.

Private Dining

We manage the selection processes for the chef to be employed in your events up to 25 guests and for 1 to 6 days*.

Taking into account the requirements specific to the event and venue, we conceptualize what’s in your mind, and we provide chefs who have the talent and expertise to create the tastes you desire for a period of up to 1 week. With a menu that is can be elegant, stylish or casual but always unique which suits your taste and eating habits...

* The length of placement may vary depending on the number of guests to be served, even if it is a 1 day event. In case the number of guests does not exceed 10, the chef’s service is deemed as 2 days constituting of shopping-preparation and actual service. In case the chef arrives to the event from outside the city it takes place, the service is deemed as 3 days. In case there are 10 to 25 guests, the time required for the chef to organize can be up to 6 days. The reason for this allocation is the possibility for a necessity of advance preparation.

Terms

  • Atlantica does not make any kinds of payments to chefs. A client is required to make a direct payment to the chef. The client will pay only the agency fee.
  • For private dining and professional events, payment is required to be made the day before the event at the latest. For long-term and short-term placements, the Atlantica agency fee is required be paid at least one day before the chef's first day at work.
  • Agency fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. On the other hand, in the event that chef’s placement is cancelled due to force majeure such as chef’s health problems, accident, natural disasters or if the business relation is terminated by the chef without a reason, or if the business relation is terminated within the trial period, Atlantica is obliged to recommend and select another chef to the client in accordance with the demands and needs of the client. Atlantica does not charge a fee for this selection and the second placement.
  • For long and short-term recruitment only,we need at least 10 work days to select the right chef for you. Although selection process runs more flexibly for other categories, we will be more efficient and effective in finding the right chef for you if you inform us about your chef requirement sooner.
  • The cancellation policy is grouped under two categories:
    • In Private Dining and Professional events categories: You reserve the right to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours (2 days) before the event. If you cancel less than 48 hours (2 days) before the event, you will be required to pay 100% of our agency fee and 50% of the chef's agreed fee.
    • In long-term and short-term placements: We start working to find the right chef for you upon our agreement stating that you accept our terms in long and short term recruitment. If you cancel at any stage of this work except for force majeure, you are required to pay 50% of Atlantica's agreed fee.

* The cancellation notice period is 5 days for chefs arriving by airways.
