Atlantico Yachting is looking for an experienced Male Sole Chef to join a 63m private MY. Permanent 2:2 rotational position, starting in December.

The yacht runs with 14 mixed-nationality crew and cruises mainly in Europe; a Caribbean season is possible but not yet confirmed. Private yacht – no charter. We are looking for a strong all-round chef confident with modern European cuisine, as well as Balkan and Turkish flavours, reflecting the Owner’s background and preferences. The ideal candidate should be creative and versatile, who works exceptionally clean and organized, with strong attention to detail and consistently high standards in the galley, able to offer good variety, excellent presentation and consistently high-quality dishes across different cuisines. A positive, easy-going personality and strong team spirit are essential. You should be comfortable working within a multicultural crew environment and collaborating closely with the current rotational Chef.

Previous experience on similar-sized private yachts and in a busy, high-standard galley environment would be highly preferred.

Salary: €7,000–€8,000/month DOE.
