Atlantico exclusively provides consultancy services for interior and galley crew. By clicking ‘I’m looking for a crew’ at the bottom of the page, you can create your own job posting for crew recruitment and select from available candidates. We offer consultancy on the qualifications of the candidates.

Our consultancy fees are as follows:

• For full-time and/or fixed-term permanent crew contracts (exceeding 7 months), Atlantico’s consultancy fee is equivalent to 6 weeks of the candidate’s net salary, paid by the employer to Atlantico.

• For seasonal crew contracts (lasting between 2 to 7 months), the consultancy fee is equivalent to 1 month of the candidate’s net salary, paid by the employer to Atlantico.

• For temporary crew contracts, the consultancy fee is 25% of the total salary for the period of employment (calculated daily, weekly, or monthly for up to 2 months) and is paid by the employer to Atlantico.
