We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef to join a 50m Private/Charter sail yacht. Open for both female and male candidates. We require proven experience as a Sole Chef, preferably with a minimum 2-3 season of experience working on yachts. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for the Greek owners, their guests, and charter guests alike. Your ability to adapt, think creatively, have a positive attitude, and deliver outstanding meals will contribute to the overall enjoyment of the owners. You will be responsible for planning and executing menus for various meals for 8-10 guests and 10 crew (Greek-Italian-Filipino). You must be able to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, Mainly mediterranean cuisine, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, emphasizing taste, presentation, and efficient use of space and equipment.
