URGENT | 42m Private Motor Yacht

We’re currently looking for an experienced MALE Sole Chef to join a 42m private motor yacht with 8 multinational crew/Mostly Italian for a busy Mediterranean season. PERMANENT CONTRACT- SINGLE SEASON YACHT- The yacht is privately owned by a Middle Eastern family of five, travelling with three children aged between 8 and 12. The yacht’s home port is Genoa, with an extensive itinerary covering the Mediterranean, from Greece to Spain. Expect a busy season with the yacht frequently in use.

The ideal candidate should be confident preparing Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Asian and modern international cuisine, while adapting to the family’s preferences and maintaining consistently high standards throughout the season. Previous experience on yachts is essential, together with a calm, organised approach and the ability to perform well during an active cruising schedule.

Salary: DOE (Depending on Experience)
