Atlantica is urgently seeking an experienced Turkish Female Event Front of House Manager for COP31 – the 31st United Nations Climate Change Conference (Conference of the Parties), taking place in Antalya, Turkey.

Dates: 6–12 November 2026 (7 days)
Daily Rate: €250–€300 DOE

The assignment will involve coordinating hospitality operations for approximately 100–150 international guests at a hotel during the conference.

Working closely with the Event Manager, the successful candidate will act as the main point of contact between the organisers and the hotel’s F&B and service teams, overseeing breakfast, lunch and dinner service coordination and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

We are looking for someone with fluent English and Turkish, excellent communication and organisational skills, a professional appearance and a confident, hands-on approach. The ability to adapt quickly and manage service operations efficiently is essential.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, international events or yacht interior operations would be a strong advantage.
