Back to JobsWe are looking for a SOLE CHEF for 48mt Private M/Y. Owner and his family are Turkish, crew is multi-national. Accordingly, priority will be given to Greek chefs who will prepare Mediterranean style plates suitable for Turkish taste. Cooking consistency of seafood and variety are very important. Except for the guests, red meat is not preferred by the family. The family is also open to other cuisines other than the Mediterranean cuisine. Ethnic tastes, Asian cuisine are preferred. Organic ingredients should be preferred whenever possible. Fine dining presentations are not requested. Not charter style, but rather family style - casual presentations are preferred. Busy yacht, usually 12 guests will mostly be on the boat. therefore, one of the stewardess will assist the chef as a stew/cook during the season. It is a permanent role. World cruising. Mediterranean in 2022 summer season and Pacific in 2023 winter season.
