We are urgently looking for an experienced male Sole Chef to join a 37-meter motor yacht, with the first boss trip starting on 21 August. The vessel is currently in Corfu and applicants must hold a valid Schengen visa or EU Citizen. This is a seasonal contract until the end of October, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. The yacht operates with a crew of 7 and hosts between 7 to 10 guests. Mixed-nationality crew, so fluent English is essential. This is a private family yacht with no party atmosphere, offering a warm, respectful and professional working environment both among the crew and with the owners and guests. The successful candidate will be skilled in Mediterranean cuisine and comfortable preparing modern international menus upon request. Knowledge of Turkish cuisine is an advantage. Guests often choose to dine ashore, so adaptability and creativity are valued.
